Recipe's from within!

There isn't really a known origin for this recipe. I recieved it from our very own Kai Avery. Of course this being his recipe I don't have any info on it.

Ingrediants:
-1 12oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
-½ bag of frozen peas
-1 can of tuna (Drained)
-1 bag of egg noodles
-12 oz of milk
-Bread Crumbs or Shredded cheese which ever you desire

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to approximately 350 degrees F (176.66 c), and set aside a greased baking pan off to the side. Bring a large pot of water to a boil of roughly 4 quarts (setting number 7 or 8 - Medium High). Once the water is boiled, add the noodles to the water, and reduce the heat to medium or a little lower to Cook the noodles for 10 minute or until the noodles are tender. Drain the water.
2. In a large bowl, add the drained tuna, pees, soup and milk together and mix it well until it’s all blended. Once the noodles are reading and drained, mix it all together and pour the contents into the baking pan. Layer the top of the mixer with breadcrumbs if you chose to use bread crumbs, just enough to give it flavor, but not to much to over power the meal. Bake for 25-30 minutes to warm up the peas, soup and tuna. If you have chosen to use Shredded cheese, I like to use Cheddar cheese, however, you may choose whatever cheese you think sounds better on top. Bake the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes to warm up the food. After 20 minutes sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire top of the casserole and bake for an additional 10 minutes to let the cheese melt. After 30 minutes, it should be done.

A simple, basic and easy recipe that is delicious. Give it a try! If you have any questions about this recipe feel free to send either Kai Avery or myself a message and ask us questions. Though this being his recipe he'd know more about how to answer the questions!
