Recipe's from within!

So I have no clue what the origen is for this recipe but it looked good so I decided I would share it with all of you and let you see for yourself if it's good or not! Feel free to leave comments about if you liuke it. Here's the recipe:

Ingrediants:
- 1/3c olive oil
- 5tbs of hot sauce
- 1tbs smoked Paprika
- 1tbs finely minced garlic
- 2t black pepper
- 1t salt
- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breast (1in cubes)

Topping
- 2c shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon (crumbled)
8 scalions (sliced)
1/2c celery (chopped)



Recipe:
- preheat oven to 450F and lighly coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- for the chicken filling: In a large bown, mix the olive oil, hot sauce, paprikia, garlic, pepper, and salt. Add the potatoes and mix well to coat. Using a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes from the bowl. Place the potatoes in the baking dishand bake for 25 minutes until the potatoes are almost tendeer and begining to crisp. While the potatoes bake, add the chicken to the bowl with the spice mixture and toss well
- for the topping: Mix the topping ingrediants together in a medium bowl
- remove the potatoes from the oven, lower oven temp to 400F. Stir potatoesand place the uncooked chicken cubes on top in and even layer. Sprinkle the topping mixture and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
